Just off their sick bed, the Victoria Grizzlies succumbed Friday to the Alberni Valley Bulldogs 4-2 at Bear Mountain Arena.
Warren Muir started the scoring for the ‘dogs in the first period with and assit from Mitch MacMillan and Curtis Tonello. Adding to the tally was Kevin Ross from Robert Lindores and Tyler Berkholtz; and Jesse Halikas from Tyler Berkholtz.
Shortly before the end of the first period the Grizz got on the scoreboard with a goal by Jimmy Carter from Brad Pawlowski and Dylan Nowakowski.
Following a scoreless second period, Johnny Rogic scored unassisted for the ‘dogs; and with only minutes remaining the games, Brad Pawlowski scored for the Grizz from Graeme McCormick and Joel Lowry.
